Twilight Princess has to be one of my favorite Legend of Zelda games (behind Ocarina of Time and Majora’s Mask, of course), and continued a series that retained the same nostalgic feel of the games that accompanied the majority of my childhood. But when Twilight Princess was released, I was much older and more akin to more mature titles, and while Twilight Princess still retained its usual LoZ charm, it seemed much darker… and much more enjoyable because of it (I’d vote for a mature LoZ title).
A member of GBAtemp.net called disbala has created a new Skyward Sword texture pack for Twilight Princess, successfully wiping away the darker tones of TP’s graphics and replacing them with… well Skyward Sword graphics. The idea is cool, and while it is pretty sweet to see familiar landscapes redone, I’ve never been a huge fan of Skyward Sword. What is cool, however, is the fact that it will have a GameCube version, and while there isn’t a release date for it yet, it’s collecting a lot of mixed attention.
