Pre-order bonuses are always nice, and Lightning Returns promises some awesome content, introducing an exclusive Cloud Strife SOLDIER 1st Class DLC. This pack, yanked straight from Final Fantasy VII, includes the SOLDIER 1st Class Uniform, Buster Sword, and Soldier Band, as well as his finishing animation from FFVII and victory fanfare. It has also been mentioned that some of Cloud’s abilities will become available for Lightning to use, although these will eventually be announced at a later date. In addition to this pre-order DLC, the Lightning Samurai Set has been announced, which will include three different costumes, each with their own abilities, along with the Shogun, Sohei Saviour and Flower of Battle Items.
Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII will be released on February 11, 2014 on the PS3 and Xbox 360.
