No Man’s Sky is launching its new Omega Expedition today, and to celebrate, the entire experience will be completely free on Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, and PC, whether you own the game or not. The free experience lasts from today (Feb. 15) to Monday (Feb. 19), opening a nice, long weekend for anyone looking to give No Man’s Sky a shot.
The Omega update comes with a handful of new features like on-planet quests and the ability to captain a Dreadnought. Expeditions can be found via a new terminal in the Space Anomaly. Any purchases made during the free event will be carried over to the full game (if owned).
