Bruce Campbell, one of my absolute favorite groovy dudes in show-business, had a not-so-groovy announcement concerning the rumors of an Army of Darkness 2 film at the Comikaze convention in L.A. After the 2013 remake of Evil Dead, rumors of another Army of Darkness/Evil Dead 4 movie exploded across the internet, even speculating that old and new Evil Dead members would clash together in the future. It seems that these rumors are simply rumors. And all I want is to see him return as Autolycus in a Xena: Warrior Princess movie.

It’s pretty depressing news. Army of Darkness is a great movie. King of Thieves reprisal might be fun, but he and Lucy Lawless have aged in entirely different ways!
